13th Floor Investments, in partnership with The Adler Group, is developing Link at Douglas, a mixed-use transit-oriented development at the Douglas Metrorail Station. Situated on 7.5 acres along the US-1 corridor at the intersection of Miami and Coral Gables, the project comprises four independent towers with a total of 1,600 residential units and 68,000 square feet of retail. Core at Link, the first tower, delivered in the summer of 2021, followed by Cascade at Link in December 2022. Cadence, the third tower, is currently under construction and is expected to deliver in mid 2028.
