Samantha Gelman joined 13th Floor Investments in 2025 after working in acquisitions and investment sales at two real estate investment firms. Ms. Gelman has developed a strong command of financial modeling, due diligence, and building client relationships through cold outreach. Her range of experience across asset types and the deal lifecycle positions her well to identify and evaluate compelling investment opportunities.

Ms. Gelman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
