Central Parc is the first of three single-family home communities located in Tamarac, Florida. Originally acquired in Q4 2010, the project was developed and sold by 13th Floor Homes. The community launched sales on the 253 single-family homes in 2014 and sold out in 2016, well ahead of schedule. The project is now fully built and was closed out in August 2017.
