In March 2022, 13th Floor Investments acquired 250 acres just two miles north of downtown Greenville, South Carolina. Of that, 130 acres will be developed while the remainder is preserved as natural open space and floodways. Massing studies provide between 1,400 and 1,600 low density multifamily rental units. The project's scale lends itself naturally to a phased approach, allowing us to manage risk and adapt emerging business plans as development progresses. Horizontal development on the first phase is currently underway, which will deliver Venture on the Trail, a 222-unit multifamily community.
