In the second quarter of 2023, 13th Floor, in a joint venture alongside AREA Management, closed on two neighboring build-for-rent development sites in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The first fully-approved and permitted pod is an 18.0-acre site within the Central Park master planned community. It was developed into Tredici at Central Park, consisting of 220 highly-desirable 3- and 4-bedroom rental townhomes. The second site was developed into Villas of Torino, a 126 3- and 4-bedroom townhome rental community.
