13th Floor Investments, in partnership with Wexford Capital, acquired 3650 Design Plaza, an in-process redevelopment of a 20,000 square foot retail showroom building in May 2013. The property is located at a gateway location within Miami's urban core. 3650 Design Plaza resides in the southwestern corner of the burgeoning Design District and is adjacent to the mega-development known as Midtown Miami. 3650 Design Plaza was sold in October 2016 at a 5.3% trade cap rate.
