Summit Place

In September 2011, 13th Floor acquired a foreclosure judgement related to Summit Place, which is a 410-unit community in Naples, FL. At the time of closing, the remaining inventory in Summit Place consisted of 30 town-homes and 98 vacant developed lots. Summit Place is situated on the west side of Collier Boulevard and north of Vanderbuilt Beach Road in a new growth area of eastern Naples. The site provides convenient access to I-75 and has a gated and well landscaped entry feature, a large lakefront clubhouse of over 6,000 square feet, fitness center, lagoon style pool & spa, lighted tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand volleyball court.
