In June 2011, 13th Floor purchased Sierra Grande, a partially completed multi-housing development located in the exclusive, high-income Lely sub-market of Naples, FL. The site is conveniently located close to many of Naples’ major commercial, educational, and entertainment offerings. Once finished, the Sierra Grande community will consist of 300 class “A” multi-housing units.
