Sabal Palm South

In May 2011, 13th Floor purchased Sabal Palm South, which is situated to the immediate south of 13th Floor’s Sabal Palm North property. Like Sabal Palm North, the site benefits from excellent visibility along Commercial Boulevard and the Florida Turnpike. Sabal Palm South was also part of the former Sabal Palm Golf Course, which wove through the Mainland of Tamarac Lakes Subdivision. The community is entitled and approved for 174 single family lots. 13th Floor intends to develop the site along with Sabal Palm North.
