Orchid Grove CDD

In October 2010, 13th Floor purchased the Community Development District bonds for Orchid Grove. The Orchid Grove Community Development District was created to plan, finance, construct, acquire, operate and maintain various public improvements and community facilities. These include: a system of surface water management, sewer facilities, roads, landscaping, a public park and other infrastructure and facilities required by development order.
