NoBe Bay

In June 2011, 13th Floor entered into a joint venture with Key International to purchase NoBe Bay, which is located on 1.4 waterfront acres at 6700 Indian Creek Drive in Miami Beach. NoBe Bay is a substantially completed, 98-unit, 15-floor waterfront condominium and an adjacent 463 space parking garage with an additional 12,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
