In September 2011, 13^th Floor acquired a foreclosure judgment related to Bristol Pines, which is a 289-unit community in Naples, FL. At the time of closing, the remaining inventory consisted of 13 town-homes and 133 vacant developed lots. Bristol Pines is situated on the east side of Collier Boulevard across from its sister community, Summit Place, in a new growth area of eastern Naples. The site provides convenient access to I-75 and has a gated and well landscaped entry feature, a large lakefront clubhouse of over 6,000 square feet, fitness center, lagoon style pool & spa, light tennis courts, a basketball court, and a sand volleyball court.
