In July 2012, a joint venture among 13th Floor Investments and strategic partners acquired a 31,829 square foot infill development site in the Brickell Financial District of Miami, Florida.  Through a complex arrangement, the property is provided with additional land area for zoning and density calculations.  The existing improvements on the site consist of an operating 316-stall parking garage.
