Tim Sanders
Assistant Controller
Tim Sanders is the Assistant Controller of 13th Floor Investments. Tim’s duties at 13th Floor include corporate accounting functions such as budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, accounting entries, software lead, training, and managing accounting associates. Prior to joining 13th Floor, Tim was a Senior Accountant with the Kislak Organization where he was responsible for corporate, property management, and investment accounting. Tim started his career in the construction management industry working for Turner Construction, Skanska USA Building, and Suffolk Construction. During his 7 years of construction experience, his projects have included Miami International Airport, Homestead Replacement Hospital, Latitude on the River condominium, Latitude One office building, and North Miami Senior High School. Tim received his master of accounting and bachelor degrees from the University of Miami.
