Robert Suris is a Principal of 13th Floor Investments, a real estate acquisition and development firm. Mr. Suris is a seasoned developer with over 30 years of real estate development and construction experience. He has built over 4 million square feet of residential, commercial, and institutional properties. Mr. Suris’ projects have included high-end homes, workforce housing, industrial office space, schools, and churches. Mr. Suris’ expertise is not limited to construction. His deep knowledge of real estate allows him to properly price risk and remediation for potential acquisitions. Mr. Suris is an expert in value engineering as well as in managing the entire property development and management cycle. Due to his broad experience in the South Florida real estate market, Mr. Suris has developed a keen eye for determining what product types to purchase and develop in anticipation of future market environment. He possesses an adept insight for identifying value in complex projects and transactions. Mr. Suris graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Finance.
