Nery Higginbotham
Controller
Nery Higginbotham is the Controller of 13th Floor Investments. Over the past 9 years she has been an active part of the residential construction boom working with high profile builders like Lennar and Pride Homes. Her homebuilding experience ranges from property management to land acquisitions, development and construction; specializing in joint venture accounting. Nery received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University. Before entering into the real estate business, she worked for one of the top global public accounting firms, Ernst & Young.
