Michael Nunziata

Michael Nunziata joined 13th Floor Investments as an Acquisitions Associate in 2009. In his role at 13th Floor, Michael concentrates his efforts on new investment acquisitions and analysis. Prior to joining 13th Floor, Michael was responsible for the sourcing, screening, and underwriting of non-performing commercial real estate secured debt with New York based Lane Capital Partners and its predecessor company, Rossrock. Michael started his career with SunTrust in the Bank's associate training program and progressed to a portfolio manager role with SunTrust's CRE finance group. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and entrepreneurship from the University of Florida and master’s degree in real estate from Columbia University.
