Charlie Morris

Charlie Morris is the Chief Operating Officer of 13th Floor Investments where he is responsible for execution and management on current real estate investments of the Firm. Prior to joining 13th Floor, he was a Development Associate with Wood Partners in the South Florida office, where he developed over $100 million in multi-family real estate, including The Edge high rise in West Palm Beach, FL. Before real estate, Charlie spent 5 years with Wachovia Securities in Charlotte, NC as an Associate in corporate finance and banking in the Industrial Growth Group. He is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina and received his B.A. in History from Davidson College in 1994. Charlie also has an MBA with a specialization in international business from the University of South Carolina in 1998. He has traveled extensively in Latin America and worked for Capital Markets Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina during his MBA program.
