Catherine Medina is the Office Administrator at 13th Floor Investments. She is responsible for the Company’s day-to-day office operations. She also assists the accounting and property management teams. Catherine has a Bilingual Secretary Degree from Martin Technical College and over 5 years of real estate related experience gathered at Help-U-Sell Real Estate & European American Property Management. She has extensive knowledge in the areas of transaction coordinating, closings, title searches, and property management.
