Managing Principal
Arnaud is the Managing Principal of 13th Floor Investments where his core focus is new business origination, risk evaluation, and financial structuring. Over the past seven years, Mr. Karsenti has effectuated and participated in over $350 million in real estate and private equity transactions. Deals have consisted of distressed note purchases, fractured condos, CDD bonds, and joint venture investments. In each case, Arnaud focuses on identifying value and pricing the risks involved. Prior to starting 13th Floor Investments, Arnaud founded Collegeboxes, the nation’s leading college-based shipping and storage company. Collegeboxes grew to over 30 markets across the United States before being acquired in 2004. Arnaud graduated cum laude from the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
